Our Sunday schedule is CRAZY!!! But, I still like the tradition of coming home to eat lunch after church around the table. I prefer that lunch not to come out of a drive through window, even though sometimes that still happens. So here is a quick go to of mine. I don’t use exact measurements on this one. I just wing it and adjust to our tastes!
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 work for us – family of 3)
- Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
- Chicken Stock – just a little to mix everything up with.
- Slider Buns
- Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
Throw chicken, ranch packet, buffalo wing sauce and chicken stock in the crockpot for 4 hours on high – 6 hours if you have more chicken breasts.
Shred the chicken, mix well.
Pile on a slider bun, top with ranch or blue cheese dressing!
This one is always a hit with my guys!!
